Official Terms, Conditions & Policies

By signing this enrollment form, the parent/guardian agrees to be legally bound by the operational regulations of Robogenz Technology Training Center LLC SPC outlined below:

1. Attendance & Punctuality Policy (RG-GOV-001)

  • Certification Threshold: Trainees must achieve a minimum of 80% physical attendance across their specific course levels to be eligible for graduation and to receive their official Certificate of Completion.
  • Late Arrival Rule: Classes operate on strict schedules. Arriving more than 10 minutes after the session's official start time will be logged as a "Late" arrival.
  • Absence Conversion: Accumulating 3 Late arrivals will automatically be converted and penalized as 1 full unexcused absence against the trainee's academic record.

2. Refund, Cancellation & Fee Policy (RG-GOV-002)

  • Voluntary Cancellations:
    • Cancellations submitted greater than 24 hours prior to the official course start date will receive a 90% refund of tuition fees (the center retains a 10% administrative fee).
    • Cancellations submitted exactly 1 day before the course start date will receive a 75% refund.
    • Cancellations submitted on or after the official start date are strictly non-refundable (0% refund).
  • Center Cancellations: If Robogenz cancels a course batch due to low enrollment or unforeseen operational limits, a 100% full refund of tuition will be issued to the payer.
  • Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee: The initial student enrollment fee is a one-time payment for new students only and is entirely non-refundable.
  • Transfers: Parents may request a balance transfer of paid fees to an alternative course track or to a direct sibling, subject to written validation by the Academic Director.

3. Customer Complaint & Escalation Policy (RG-GOV-003)

  • Intake Resolution: Robogenz is dedicated to operational transparency. Any consumer grievance, operational issue, or academic concern must be formally submitted to the front desk via the Complaint Intake Form (RG-GOV-003A). The center commits to reviewing and resolving standard issues within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Executive Escalation: If the initial resolution is deemed unsatisfactory, the consumer has a 5 to 7 business day window to file a formal Escalated Appeal (RG-GOV-003B). This appeal is routed directly to the Academic Director for binding executive review and final disposition.

4. General Terms, Laboratory Safety, and Conditions

  • Behavioral Standard: Trainees must respect instructors, peers, and lab materials. Persistent behavioral disruptions or intentional destruction of center property will result in immediate suspension without a fee refund.
  • Laboratory Safety: Trainees will work with live mechanical components, electronic microcontrollers, and hardware tools. Food and open liquids are strictly forbidden at the workstations. Safe handling guidelines must be observed at all times under trainer supervision.
Media Release (optional) I grant Robogenz permission to use photographs / videos of my child taken during training activities for promotional and portfolio purposes on Robogenz official web channels.
